Here are some (before) photos of Tony's bay. The van was done in the 90's and displays some random mods. The doors are de-locked all round, the lights are filled in and its an early bay with late bumpers filled into the body. The floor and lower panels look ok from afar, however on closer inspection the bus has the tin worm on a major scale.
The initial customer brief is to remove floor, repair chassis, replace lower panels all round. replace doors, hatch, deck lid, rear panel with rust free california imported panels. Replace front panel, including door steps and seat and cab floors. Remove later bumpers and fit an earlier pair, as stock (although these will be modified slightly). Tony likes the indicators on the blue bus on the www.manflowers67.com projects page!
Once these inital jobs are completed, suspension, interior, wheels, engine and sound system will be reviewed and built to customers one off spec.
