Rear bulk head to rear cargo floor now repaired, we fabricated the two pieces and spot welded them together before fitting them in the bus. The reason we did this is to remanufacture the double skin at the end of the cargo floor, even on the body roller you wouldn't get in above the beam to spot it. Tricky






We've taken special care to remanufacture the strengthened swages in the repair panel.


Rear of the front wheel arch to cab floor repair , all fabricated panels are seam welded. This is one before we linished off the welds, our aim is to make any repair blend in. I will add the finished photo tomorrow.
