Went to check out a double cab today, sweet

In Germany you can't patch weld for mot so you have to replace the whole panel, or butt weld invisible repairs ooh good we like those



Beautiful


Front cab floor has been replaced but needs a few more spot welds



Outriggers have been replaced


Inner sills are a bit tired








In small areas the outer sills are a little soft


Floor top hats have been repaired


Easy access to floor as the cargo bed lifts on gas struts


The larger light holes have been welded up and earlier ones fitted


The usual corrosion around the hinges on the drop sides








All in all a lovely bus


If it was staying in uk would only need a bit of work on sills, but will need a little more if it goes back home
